I am an educator at heart and an academic administrator by profession, committed to nurturing minds and shaping futures. Over the years, I have worn many hats—Teacher, Mentor, Motivator, Facilitator, and Leader—each role deepening my belief that education is the most powerful tool for transformation.
My mission is to empower students with knowledge, skills, and values that make them industry-ready and socially responsible citizens. As an administrator, I strive to bridge the gap between academia and industry, cultivate innovation, and create inclusive learning environments where every learner can thrive.
Beyond academics, I see myself as a lifelong learner who values collaboration, curiosity, and creativity. Whether in the classroom, in leadership meetings, or in mentoring sessions, my goal is simple: to inspire individuals to realize their fullest potential.

Dr. Pranav G. Charkha a teacher, facilitator, mentor and motivator. He is a seasoned academic leader and Professor in Mechanical Engineering with over 18 years of rich experience in teaching, research, and administration. Currently, he is working as Director (Industry Institute Interaction and International Relations) at PCET’s Pimpri Chinchwad University Pune. He has served in pivotal roles such as Head of Department, Dean Academics, Dy. Director & Dean at reputed institutions including Meghe Group of Institutions, Raisoni Group of Institutions & D Y Patil University Pune. His research expertise spans Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, and Smart Manufacturing, with over 50 publications in reputed journals (SCOPUS/Web of Science indexed), multiple patents, and published books. Dr. Charkha is an active contributor to institutional development through NBA/NAAC/ NIRF processes, innovation ecosystems, and industry collaborations, and has been recognized with several national awards for academic and research excellence.
He has to his credit 5 Book, 9 Book Chapter, 27 SCOPUS Indexed Paper, 5 WoS Papers, 6 Copyrights and a Patents.
